This candidate will be responsible for overseeing all funeral-related activities, including communicating with families, assisting in the development of personalized funerals, and ensuring the safe handling of all families. Candidates should be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Help families make funeral arrangements.
Set up and take down the funeral home for various occasions.
Guide a funeral service.
Embalming, dressing and casketing.
Greet families and guests at the funeral home.
Be on call and make removals when needed
Bachelors of Science in Funeral Service Management; or

The primary duty of the Crematory Operator is to perform the processes associated with the cremation of human remains within the law of the State of Texas and the policies of Eternal Paradise Crematorium.
Perform appropriate identification of human remains and maintain identity standards throughout the cremation process
Interface with funeral directors and families as needed during the cremation process
Perform cremations in a timely and compliant manner.
Pack and ship cremated remains as needed
Clean and maintain retorts, processing room, cremation processor and other equipment
Comply with all Eternal Paradise Crematorium policies and procedures
Crematory Operator Certificate Program (COCP; will certify if necessary)
Pet Crematory Operator Certificate Program (CPCO; will certify if necessary)

Greet and welcome all clients
Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments as necessary.
Assisting and making sure clients fill out appropriate paperwork.
Preparing and balancing the owner & funeral directors schedule for maximum efficiency.
Updating clients records as needed.
Verifying and presenting files to clients.

Responsible for the care, removal and transport of human remains from hospital, nursing home or residence in accordance with all state, local and company policies and procedures.

Safely drives company owned professional vehicles to perform “first call” removals of deceased in accordance with local and state laws as well as company policies and procedures
Adhere to all professional, municipal, state/provincial and federal licensing and/or authority regulations

Maintains and ensures removal vehicle is clean inside and out and is properly maintained.
